Zipper quality can turn a fantastic carrier into a loser very fast. When the zipper breaks, your carrier becomes basically worthless. Our designs include only premium brand zippers, including automatic self-locking zippers which cannot be opened from the inside, providing much better security than fragile clasps.
2. Self Locking Zippers & Safety
Self-locking zippers are designed so they cannot be pushed open from the inside of the bag. We switched from older locking clasps as they were found to be fragile. Self-locking zippers remove the need for clasps and result in a much safer environment for pets.
3. Carrier Structure
While soft-sided carriers are frameless, our totes are designed with very strong waterproof nylon material (military grade). This helps avoid a sagging, wrinkled look and gives the tote additional structural integrity.
4. Pet Safety & Comfort
Each design includes a leash tether to secure your pet during stress, strong mesh, and secure carrying straps. We provide a thick and plush faux fleece pad with a 1/4" plywood base for a stable foundation that won't "sink" under your pet's weight.
