2 What's your sample policy if I need my design?
Custom pattern/logo will be charged the corresponding fee, sample delivery time is 10-15 days, depending on the process or material. We recommend customizing the sample first to ensure satisfaction before mass production, which greatly reduces risk.
3 What is your MOQ for a custom order?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. Price depends on quantity. If specific customization is required, the MOQ may be higher.
4 How long is the production cycle?
Usually 15-30 days after receiving payment and confirming all details. Timing depends on the total quantity and may vary slightly during holidays.
5 How do you control the quality of your products?
We have our own quality assurance team who inspect 100% of the products before packaging. Customers are also welcome to send a QC team or a third party to inspect before delivery.
6 What are your terms of payment?
Our standard terms are 100% payment before production begins.
